Hong Kong! What a refreshing change from China, with the language strain and foreign foods. Hong Kong is still very English: they speak the Queen's, drive on the left, and serve High Tea at all the hotels. Signs say "lift" instead of "elevator" and buildings start at the ground floor and count upward from One above that. It's the little things...
